Our Favourite Piccalilli

This sweet and piquant spicy relish is made with cauliflower, cucumber and onions in a vinegar-mustard sauce with a perfect balance of sweet and sour. Our piccalilli is very versatile; eat it on a grilled cheese, with your hot buffet, with sausages or eggs, and best pairing – with a beef brisket sandwich. It balances a rich plate and adds the perfect kick to a salad as well. All natural ingredients as always: cucumbers, cauliflower, red & green pepper, onions, sugar, vinegar, modified corn starch, mustard, salt, seasonings.
