Garlic Kolbassa is GREAT for your next charcuterie platter, or thinly sliced and pan-fried for a breakfast treat! This old-fashioned kolbassa is mildly flavored with a custom blend of seasonings and liberal amounts of natural garlic. It is stuffed into a natural casing which must be removed before slicing/serving. Our Garlic kolbassa is fully cooked and naturally smoked.
