Kolbassa is the perfect addition to your next charcuterie platter, or thinly sliced as a treat! This old-fashioned kolbassa is mildly flavored with a custom blend of seasonings. It is stuffed into a natural casing which must be removed before slicing/serving. Our kolbassa is fully cooked and naturally smoked.
