Our pears are grown in the Niagara Region and are harvested when fully ripe. They hold a juicy, smooth, buttery texture with a sweet flavour. Enjoy these pears as a glaze for braised beef, use them in a fresh summer salad with some blue goat cheese or use the sweet syrup in a cocktail for a fresh unique flavour. All natural ingredients as always: pears, water, sugar.
