Bee pollen is a small ball of flower pollen, nectar and bee saliva that is packed by working honeybees and it serves as their primary food source. Bee pollen is loaded with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. It is considered an incredible super food and can be used by adding it to smoothies, cereals or yogurt bowls. Bee pollen can help reduce seasonal allergies and decreases inflammation. Our bee pollen is harvested right in our backyard here at the farm.
