These Russian chebureki are made with a homemade dough from scratch, the dough is rolled out, stuffed with grass fed seasoned ground pork filling, then sealed and individually air chilled before being packaged.
To cook fry in a thin layer of oil until perfectly golden and crunchy. Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
Eat them on their own or serve with a generous dollop of sour cream
