Buckwheat Honey 1000ml

Buckwheat honey is a highly nutritious honey made by bees that collect nectar from buckwheat flowers. Buckwheat flowers are small which means bees must work extra hard to collect and harvest enough nectar. Buckwheat honey does not have such a sweet flavor and our honey tends to incorporate a more earthy and malty aroma. Buckwheat honey has a high antioxidant content and is rich in vitamins and minerals; which means it is more heathy for you than other sweeter types of honey. Buckwheat is rare in that it only grows in certain areas of Ontario. Because of this, our buckwheat honey is from our very good friends at a neighboring farm. It is completely unpasteurized – kept in its purest & most raw form. Natural crystallization is normal and will occur with raw honey.
